Mascque Milano's L'Attesa reviews:

Let’s put our biasness aside and discuss Masque Milano‘s latest warm, Jazzy and enchanting aroma more.

Masque Milano L’attesa is a popular eau de parfum from the Mascque Milano fragrance company, created and presented in 2016 with a floral and woody scent type for both men and women.
Given the abundance of glowing online reviews and its repeated placement as one of the finest, according to Fragrantica readers, I decided to buy a bottle and here is what I experienced just with the first puff of the perfume:
The warm cuddle of the jazz singer’s voice appears to be caressed by the wrinkled sound of the ancient vinyl disc, and the soft lights appear to play hide-and-seek in the warm embrace of the jazz singer’s voice. On the terrace, a large French window has been opened. Only the screaming drowning cicadas and the warm summer air can be heard outside. A nosegay of freshly gathered flowers on the tea table fills the room with fragrances and a brilliant color palette.

Masque Milano L’Attesa is known for three words: Floral, Powdry, and enchanting.

Presentation

f there is one quality of this product that stands out above all others, it is its magnificent presentation. When I pay well for a fragrance, I want nothing less than Aesthetics.
Starting with the box, the round-like packing inside another ordinary pack arrives in a high-quality black and gold box with a clean, minimalistic design that includes an embossed L’attesa insignia and the fragrance’s name.
Another noteworthy feature is the use of high-quality, long-lasting cardboard materials and a twist-to-open lid.
The bottle, on the other hand, is clearly handcrafted with precision and aesthetic accents.
Following the box design, the brand’s emblem and scent name are imprinted on the front, adding to the attractiveness of the bottle.

Notes:

Top notes include Italian Bergamot, Moroccan Neroli, and Champagne Accord.
Italian Iris Absolute, Italian Iris Root Butter, French Iris Root Butter, Tuberose Absolute, and Madagascar Ylang Ylang in the middle.
Sandalwood Mysore, Oakmoss, and Leather Accord form the base.

To get the whole set of notes from this famous fragrance by Masque Milano, L’attesa, I put it under extensive analysis and notes withdrawing from the perfume, and the results were similar to what other users have hinted at in their reviews to some extend. Although Iris is a prima-donna who dislikes being flanked by other prominent flowers, its flowery elegance is complemented by the deft use of the tried-and-true triptych in the background: tuberose, ylang-ylang, and sandalwood. Luca nailed this line, which wonderfully completed the fragrance’s iris side.
There is also a champagne concord in the beginning. Numerous scents in the fragrance market include Champagne in the notes. In several cases, the perfumer’s approach centered on the bubbles, giving the impression of Champagne’s effervescence. The scent of yeast is the true fundamental feature of Champagne that separates it from other sparkling wines.
A CO2 extraction of a blend is utilized to reproduce the champagne note of various (previously fermented) beers, with a bitter hop taste, animalic nuances, and most notably the beer yeast note; while listed as a top note, this material contributes to the volume in the dry-down and has a nice powdery facet that perfectly matches the powdery facet of iris.

Performance:

Attesa lasted a long time (nearly 12-14 hours) but had a gentle projection and sillage. L’Attesa is commonly opened with 2.5 to 3 inches of projection and 5 inches of the scent trail, using numerous spritzes from a small manufacturer’s atomizer equal to around 2 decent sprays from a real bottle. The projection was around 1.5 inches after 90 minutes, and the sillage was roughly 3 inches at best. At the close of the third hour and the start of the fourth, the fragrance hung just above the skin, with no scent trace.
L’Attesa developed into a skin scent after 4.5 hours, but it wasn’t difficult to identify until the middle of the sixth hour when I had to put my nose on my arm to detect it. It was crystal clear there. Given the scent’s subtle nature, I was pleasantly pleased by its longevity, typically over 13 hours with the equivalent of one spray from a bottle and about 15 hours with the equivalent of two.

The performance can vary based on the individual’s skin chemistry. I experienced a range of really great amount hours of endurance.
It’s worth noting that the smell isn’t overbearing, but it does stay gracefully on the skin for a while.
While durability isn’t a major problem, I have some reservations about the sillage and projection.
the aroma on the skin remain present with a slight decrease in its empowerment over to 12 hours after wearing.

Where and When?

his fragrance seamlessly transitions from colder to warmer seasons. It easily transitions from daytime activities to professional settings and can even be used for late social functions.

I agree with everyone else that Iris fans should try L’Attesa. Its smooth, fluid sophistication embodies the best classical design while remaining a modern perfume rather than anything antiquated or retro. It’s simple to put on, unisex, and adaptable. Its gentle character makes it appropriate for the office (or jury duty) just as much as its chicness makes it appropriate for a date or evening out. Overall, it’s a lovely addition to the Masque collection, but what I like best about it is that it feels like a lot of work, care, and effort went into creating the scent. Combined with Romanza, it represents the Masque aesthetics’ growth and development, pushing into new areas, styles, or genres, which is always one of the things that makes Masque one of the most interesting perfume houses out there.

Conclusion:

Masque’s L’Attesa is a Floral Woody Musk fragrance for women and men. This is a brand-new scent. L’Attesa debuted in 2016. Luca Maffei is the nose behind this fragrance. Bergamot, neroli, and champagne are the top notes; iris, orris root, tuberose, and ylang-ylang are the middle notes; sandalwood, oakmoss, and leather are the base notes.

It’s probably one of the greatest fragrances presented by Masque Milano perfume company I have tested recurrently. The Sillage and Projection is more than great regarding its size and price in a way you can not believe it. Having the delicate floral, woody and musk notes in three different phases, which does not weaken the Silage power anyhow, L’attesa stated its name among other competitors by being wearable on any occasion and temporal specificity.
